Seashells

This is a card for an IO Nautical challenge.  I made a stencil by cutting out the shells on heavy CS.  I sponged over the stencil onto kraft CS with distress inks. I used versa mark to make splotches and then embossed with UTE. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with a nestabilities die and sponged it with Memento desert sand.  I added a strip of seashell paper and a seashell cut from some dp.

    Great card, love all the texture. The UTE is such a good idea, and I would have never thought of it. You just keep getting better and better my dear. I like everything about this card!

    Great summer card! I will have to look at IO's shell dies because you are the second person I have seen to use them in the challenge. I love the effect of the embossing too! Thanks for sharing.
