Sam's BD

I made this pop-up card for my great-niece's birthday.  Sam turns seven this year and I bought this MFT stamp set with her in mind. I did not get a good picture of the card, but you can still get an idea of the design. I cut PTI paper with the Lucy Label  and mounted it on PTI spring rain card stock. I stamped several super gals and colored them with Spectrum Noirs in different colors and then layered them on and around the Lucy Label .  Sam is in the top center with the shades and S on her costume.   The sentiment says "You're Unstoppable".

The front of the card uses PTI  paper with MFT Blueprints 11.

Simon Says Wednesday Challenge  Friends or Superheros. Here

  1. I love pop up cards for kids. I think that at a young age, kids don't appreciate a card unless it has some action. So you are right on with this one for your great-niece, Sam. She is standing out in this croud of lovely girls, which are all colored so beautifully. Great card, I know she will enjoy.

  2. So adorable!! Sam is going to love this, just right for a girl her age. Great layout, and I love pop up cards - kids really love them too. Great coloring, I bet you had fun making this!!!

  3. Cute little super hero girl. Love your card design.

  4. If you think about this, this is one POWERFUL card for a sweet little girl! I bet you're her Hero!!! This is so frame-worthy! I would send a frame with it to make sure!!! :)

  5. Oh, how fun! This is super cute and such a great idea! Thank you so much for playing along with us over on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!
