Snowflakes on Wood

I got two cards done today. Both of them were simple to do. I did a card that is similar to this last year except on last years card I stamped and embossed the snowflakes, but this year I used dies.  I love this wood paneling technique.
The large die is IO Large Snowflake. It cuts several snowflakes at one time so I just used part of the die cut.  I will use other parts of it on other cards. A gingham bow and a Christmas tree wood charm, a gift from a friend, finishes off the card.   Thanks Judy.

    Love the rustic, vintage look to this card. The added branch and bow in the upper corner really add to the vintage look while the snowflake steals the show. Love how you scattered more snowflakes over the front. Beautiful, again!

    This is just beautiful!!! I love how you have used the elegant snowflake with the rustic look of the wood background. And then the branch and gingham ribbon just tie it all together. Especially with the wooden tree in the middle. Gorgeous!!!

    Gorgeous woodgrain background! I love the rustic country flavor and feel of this card! I picture your little greenery on an old barn door....in Vermont....lol The gingham ribbon just tops it all off! And such a delicate snowflake die and sweet wooden tree charm! MERRY MERRY (you have to have one all of your own!)

    I may be "borrowing" this idea for some of my Christmas cards this year, Kathy! Just love the combination of wood planking, pine, and that gorgeous big 'flake, and the red gingham is a great splash of bright color!
