Have you had a chance to visit the Double D Challenge Blog If not why don't you go on over and check out the challenge and the beautiful designs from the challenge team. Here is the inspiration board for this challenge. These pictures make me want to bundle up and take a walk in the snow.
Jan 20 - BRRRR!!
Here is the card I came up with for the challenge. I used lots of white and snow flakes. I started with a frame that I backed Poppy Stamps Mod Flower die cuts. I put a piece of Swiss dot vellum behind that to create that snowy winter look. I used a Spellbinders oval die cut that I embossed with a Swiss dot embossing folder. That was topped by the Poppy Stamp Snowflake Oval Frame cut from white glitter paper. The trees are from IO and they have been dipped into white glitter. The little church is from Frantic Stamper and the roof and ground around the church is covered with glitter. I added a few small pearls around the fame and mounted on a white base.
I will enter this in the Poppy Stamps Sparkly Snow Challenge
