October has arrived and fall is in the air. The new challenge at Dies R Us is called the "Leaves on the Trees" so I used some of each. I started with a water colored background and stamped the sentiment in the corner. I cut the tree frame from craft paper and sponged it for some shadows and layered it on the water colored background. I used some flower soft on the branches of the tree for the fall colors and then put a frame on top. I tucked some pumpkins around the bottom of the tree and added some wheat leaves and flowers in the corner.

This is the BEST use of Flower Soft I have ever seen, you have made glorious Fall Foliage! Your cluster of flowers, foliage and wheat is the perfect Fall accent. And your fabulous sentiment--ain't that the truth! Another beauty in a long line of beauties!!!
ReplyDeleteWOW! Using flower soft is perfect for this card, and for the challenge. Love your watercolor background, and then that spray of fall foliage in the corner is gorgeous. This is just a beautiful card, but then all your cards are. I really LOVE this one!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, what a beauty! That flowers soft looks just like the fall leaves. At first when I saw it I thought how in the world could she place all those leaves on that tree as it must have taken weeks to do. But when I read further I saw how it was done. And, the whole card is just gorgeous in every way. I love all of the cards you make but I must say this is fantastic!
