It is time for a new challenge at
Dies R US and it is all about Easter. I decided this Praying Hands Egg by Tutti Designs was a perfect Easter Image. I had some paper that reminds me a bit of stained glass so I used that as a background. I cut the egg die twice, once in black and once in white. I used a green marker on the white die cut to go around the frame of the egg and the trim of the sleeves. I also used my stylist to give a little dimension to the flowers. Then I used markers to color the hands. Behind the Egg die, I used the Rose Frame also by Tutti Designs. I like that frame so much that I have used it on every card I have made recently. I must put it away. The Happy and Easter are Cheery Lynn Dies. I should have used a darker color to make the sentiment pop more, but I did layer it three times so it shows better INRL. I think this Praying hands egg would make a beautiful sympathy card too.

That rose die cut panel is so delicate and lovely! This is just one of those glorious cards! Of course it is, you made it! WOW!!! I love everything about it, including the soft subtle colors!

ReplyDeleteWhoa - this is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I have never seen a die like the egg one, it's so beautiful. And I love now you have colored it. That background paper is perfect, it DOES look like stained glass. And then the border frame to top it off, just so pretty. This card is stunning, from the fabulous flowers right down to that lovely pink frame.
