Dies R Us Birds and Bees

Time for another challenge  at Dies R Us  called  Birds and/or the Bees
which reminds of this song. "Let me tell ya bout the birds and the bees, and the flowers and the trees, and the moon up above, and this thing called love."   Now for those of you who are my age you probably know this song and you  will find yourself  humming this little ditty for the rest of the day. You're Welcome.!!!

I used pink card stock for the base of the card and the paper pack for all the decorative pieces. The paper pad is double sided and I cut it so I had two extra birds that I fussy cut and popped up on top of the original birds. I went to my stash of birthday sentiments stamps and used them for the message. I added a little lace a few hearts that come with the die, and a couple of dogwood flowers.

Here are the products from the Dies R Us Store that I used for my project.

  8. Love that you have more than just a simple sentiment on this card. You have really taken the time to tell someone how special they are. Also love your design and the colors you chose, I am so fond of Karen Burniston. This has a vintage-y look that I really like. And yes, I so remember that song. :-D

  9. OMGosh Kathy you really are the Queen of Dies and always come up with the extraordinary. This is simply beautiful and my jaw is still on the ground. The softness really adds to this card with the birds singing (and I have that song in my head too) the lovely lace and those sentiments. Wowza!!!
