Dies R Us Anything Goes

I don't know where June went but here we are on the first day of July which means a new challenge at DIES R US CHALLENGE BLOG.  This is everyone's favorite  Anything Goes. I just got  two new dies, Memory Box Clarkia Frame and  Poppy Stamps Adriana Frame,  from the Dies R Us store. 

I started by cutting the background of the Adriana Frame.  Then I used the Clarkia die and cut the center of the frame and placed it on a black card base.   I cut another Clarkia die from gold glitter paper which I inlaid into the white.  I gold embossed a sentiment from IO and put that in the center.  Simple and easy design but quite an impact for just a little time.

  I took my inspiration from the diamond pattern in the stitched starburst at the bottom right and the peachy color of the pumpkin.

Have you ever bought a stamp or die that you thought you would use occasionally but soon it became a "go to" .  This stitched Frantic Stamper die is one of my "go to dies".  I  have used this die so many times and with many different looks. This time I used two of them and used some pretty PTI paper in the middle.  The lily is from The Greetery.  As I look at it,  I wish I had colored stamens a bit darker for the photo... they stand out more IRL.  The greenery is from Stampin Up and a gift from a special friend.  Thanks, Barb.
