The new Challenge at Dies R Us is all about layers. Those of you who visit my blog regularly know that I am not a big fan of layering.... yeah, right. In fact, I did a similar card for the last challenge, but I wanted to show how nicely the flower frame from Memory Box inks using the die as a stencil.
I started with a plain piece of white card and layered it with Memory Box Country Rose die cut and added velum on top. I cut an oval from PTI blueberry sky card stock and layered that onto the velum. Next came the Memory Box Flower Frame then Lawn Fawn Stitched Frame. I use Poppy Stamps Sylvan Sprig, a Cheery Lynn butterfly and a Frantic Stamper Bird on a Willow Branch with a few flowers from my stash on the side. A pretty Sue Wilson sentiment that I cut three times and layered together finished my card.
The team has some awesome inspiration for you at the Dies R Us Challenge Bog and if you link up your layered card you might be the lucky winner of a credit at the Dies R Us Store. Thanks for stopping by.
