Alas and alac, I hated the card when I finished with it so I went in another direction.

I did have an IO sentiment that suited the challenge beautifully so I started with that. I stamped it on a panel I had sponged with distress oxide inks. I cut the Memory Box Deer Grove Oval twice from black card stock and backed it with the sentiment panel. I put that on the Memory Box Wrapped Scalloped Rectangles die cut that was placed on a blue card base. I added the fairy and a few flowers and I was done.

Here is the first card I made for this challenge. It did not turn out like the vision in my head, but that happens sometimes.
