Gift Card Holder 1

I am going to make several different designs of  gift card holders to give to a friend who uses gift cards to say thank you to customers. I will enter this at Scorepal Anything Goes http://scor-pal.blogspot.com/2014/12/more-than-one-score-11-anything-goes.html  and in the IO Challenge Last Minute  Gifts. This gift card holder is scored at 3,4,5,and 8,  The 4 and 5 are taped with score tape(love that stuff) and the top of the fold is cut to make an insert for a gift card.
