I cut the parts for this card yesterday when I was making Yesterday's card so that is why they are so similar. I love this large sentiment with the frilly font and the Bird With Branches die from IO. I water colored three of them, tore them apart and made and arrangement around the sentiment. The flowers are a gift from a friend. Thanks, Judy. Nothing fancy, but I like the results.
I will enter this in the Think Spring challenge at IO

Lg. Bird on Branch - DIE161-N
Such a beautiful card. I also love the font AND that sentiment! The branch and bird are just so pretty and I love them nestled under your pretty little flowers (I have 2 tins of those as well, blue & pink, must have been a sale lol) Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteYes, that font is beautiful and you have created a gorgeous setting of branches and the bird around it. I love how you colored them the same as the card so they enhance the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteThis is so gorgeous. I love the sentiment too!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the font on that greeting. It's so distressed looking! I really like how you have created a frame for it, and all those leaves and sprigs are perfect with the bird and flowers. Also like the Swiss dot background. Just a really pretty card!
ReplyDeleteYou had my heart at watercolor!!! :) This is a beautiful framed arrangement you've made. Just love the nature you added. Wonderful card Kathy!
