Tulip Time

I have not entered a challenge for a long time but I got these tulip stamps and dies from PTI a few weeks ago. Of course, when you get a new toy you have to play so I made tulips in almost every shade of the rainbow and tucked them in a storage bag. I had some design team challenges where I used the Sue Wilson Just a Note and some greenery left over from my card class so when I looked at the samples of the PTI challenge I realized that what I had on hand would fit the challenge. The only thing I had to do to make the card was cut some frames. The background paper in from one of the PTI paper packs in Harvest gold. I will enter this in the  PTI Make it Monday A-la-Carte challenge.
I chose Background Building With Frames with Amy Sheffer.

  2. This frame technique is so becoming and I too, love to do it. I think adding the ferns to the tulips gives them a wintery feel. The color yellow brings out all of the sunshine. Good luck, I think this is a winner.
