It is the 15th of the month which means that it is time for a new challenge at Dies R Us Challenge Blog.
Anything SNOW related . . .
Anything SNOW related . . .
(snowman, falling snow, etc.)
I decided to make a snow shaker card. If you have never made a shaker card, you can find many videos on You Tube explaining the process. I sponged a background then layered the beautiful Frantic Stamper Church in the Wildwood which makes it easy to create a scene. I used the following dies from the Dies R Us Store on my card.
We are looking forward to your snow themed designs.
Gorgeous card Kathy with beautiful dies...what a fabulous scene you have created and I imagine with it being a shaker it adds even more beauty to it IRL!
ReplyDeleteI have seen you use this church many times and each time I am in awe. Your scenes are so in depth and welcoming to the eye. This one is over the top gorgeous and I could stare at it all day. Brings back memories of Christmas Eve and snow covered landscapes.
ReplyDeleteOh WOW! Look at that lovely scene you created! I love your background colors, so pretty and gives you a frosty feel! I adore that this is a Shaker card, how FUN! They tend to bring out the child in us! This is fantastic, Kathy! xo~
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful scene and beautiful color combo. Hugs, Autumn
ReplyDeleteThis is just an awesome shaker card! I love that scene & using so much white against that pop of color was brilliant! I now have more dies that go on my "wish list" because of this card!
ReplyDeleteOh, what a gorgeous scene, Kathy! Such a lovely shaker card with all the white and beautiful church in the background! My wish list is growing!:-)
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful!!! It's peaceful and quiet, and I can almost feel the snow falling. Isn't it cool how everything is muffled when there is snow everywhere? LOVE it - and I love your card!!! The shaker is genius!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful winter scene. Your work is always so fantastic. You certainly have a way of arranging dies perfectly together. Making it a shaker was even more fantastic!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful arrangement and a gorgeous sky in the background! I wouldn't have thought to use the fluff in a shaker, but it's perfect. Love every single die you used. I can't do anymore shopping this year...
ReplyDeleteOh wow, this is stunning!! I absolutely love the scene you've created!! The background colors are beautiful and the layering of dies is fabulous!! And how fun it's a shaker!! Love, love it!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)
