I had some time to play today and looked for challenges.
Impression Obsession has a pink and green challenge and I just got a new cover a card rose stamp from them. I decided to emboss it in white and sponge it with some Distress Oxide ink. I dug out my Fiscars crimper and grabbed a couple of paper doilies.

Here are the IO products I used for this challenge.

I was drawn to those splendid sketched roses they are looking good. Really comely banner in the middle with the sentiment and the flowers.
ReplyDeleteYou can't go wrong with pink and green, always a winner in my book. I love the pink you have chosen - more on the peach side and oh so pretty. And the addition of the doily really adds to the delicate feminine look. Great idea to use the crimper, I always forget about that and I love the look.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty background, the color is so soft and lovely! Pretty center panel with your sentiment and perfect posy. I also love that texture too!
ReplyDeleteVery delicate and pretty! I love this with those sweet flowers and the doily. The background in white is gorgeous! I really love that IO stamp and die set, too. Thinking it would be very useful. Can never have too many sentiments!
