Dies R Us Anything Goes

Happy New Year!!! Dies R Us  is starting the New Year with everyone's favorite challenge, Anything Goes.  If you have not visited the DRU Store  recently, you need to check out all the things you can purchase besides dies. The store now carries a huge selection of everything you need for your paper crafting. I hope you have signed up for the e-mails because if you haven't you are missing out on fabulous sales and special order opportunities.

I have several January birthday cards so I decided on a birthday card for this challenge.  I bought this IO leafy background a few months back but have not used it. I think it is gorgeous especially framed in the IO All in One Frame.

These are the dies I used for the cards.

  1. Good Morning and Happy New Year to you and your family Kathy. You have started the new year with a fabulous card so exactly you. I always am amazed at how you put a collage of flowers and leaves together to make an outstanding arrangement. I probably would have stopped with a flower or two, but look at how attractive this is. You are brilliant.

  2. So BEAUTIFUL! I love your paper flowers, they are always so detailed and fabulous! This card is gorgeous, love the frame too! I think you should figure out how to make a little paper flower pot, or get some of those mini terra cotta ones, how stunning would your gorgeous blossoms be in a pot?!?! Although some people might ruin them by actually watering them, they look that real! Love Ya! Happy New Year!

  8. Oh my word, this is stunning Kathy! I love the ferns and flowers but I'm especially intrigued by how you made the frame. I have those IO frames and never would have thought to layer a frame with the leafy background die. Just fabulous! I hope you don't mind me pinning for later reference. Have a happy and healthy new year!

  10. Such a beautiful creation, but then I would expect no less from you. Your flowers, as always, are the star, but you also always know just how to use that frame die cut or background paper. And I LOVE Donna's idea to get some little pots and give your beautiful flowers a home. I would love to have something like that sitting on a shelf. Hugs, and happy New Year, dear friend. All the best to you in 2019!!
