Double D Pink and White

WOW!!! We were blown away with how many of you linked up with us for our HEARTS challenge. It was so hard to pick favorites. You guys are awesome.

What fun retro pink and white images Dar found.

I kept my card pink and white with just a little green for accent.  I started with Tutti design rose frame that I cut twice once from pink and once from pink gingham. I inlaid the pink gingham and put some velum behind the whole piece. As I look at this picture I see that I got the sentiment off center. Not sure I can fix that without destroying the card so I will send it to one of my friends who drinks a lot. Just kidding!!!!

I used the following dies from DRU to create this card/

If you link up with us, you will have a chance to win this awesome die from IO.

As always,  the team has put together some awesome inspiration for you at Double D Challenge Blog

  1. Soooo beautiful, Kathy! I didn't notice your sentiment being off center. We're so critical of our own stuff, aren't we? You made me laugh about sending it to one of your friends who drinks a lot, tee hee! I see nothing but gorgeousness and I haven't touched a drop this morning (other than coffee).

  4. I wish I could get inspired when I see a die like Tutti Rose and make a card like this. I love all of the intricate dies and the signature flowers that you apply. The sentiment is just fine, but I love your humor.

  6. Oh, just look at all this pink goodness. Your die cuts are amazing and I love, love, LOVE the dogwood flowers. Simply beautiful, and the gingham background is perfect. Makes this card even sweeter than it is already.
