Double D Color Challenge

Looking at the teal M&Ms reminds me of a a story.  It was time for the junior prom and the committee selected teal as one of their colors. They decided they wanted teal M&Ms on each of the tables. The night of the prom the girls looked gorgeous with their hair, make up, and nails done perfectly, and the guys were positively dashing. About an hour into the prom, I noticed that most of the crowd had blue tongues and teeth.... thank goodness they had their pictures taken early in the evening.

Isn't this a fun mood board?  I think you can tell which picture I chose for my inspiration. 




I did not have a cheery die or stamp so I used IO strawberries to fill my flower pot. I love this Memory Box Butterfly frame.     What a beautiful pot of strawberries, I love that you added texture to it too! The framed butterflies look amazing and placing a few back in adds so much interest! This is just yummy all over!

    I adore how you were inspired by this mood board. I need to take a lesson from you. I had a lot of trouble with it and only used the color as inspiration. Love the filled in butterflies and the pot of strawberries.

    Fabulous pot of strawberries and I love how you have made it 'hobnail'....we have a you pick strawberry farm right by us (sort of) and now I need to go and pick thanks to you..lol...love this card! I also love the M&M story..how funny and what a fun memory!!

    Funny story! Good thing about the pictures already being done. I didn't know M&Ms would color your teeth. Sheesh! Anyway, I adore your strawberry pot! They're as pretty as any pot of flowers and it's nice to see something besides flowers now and then. I guess there are lots of things that could go in a flower pot. Now you're giving me ideas!
